Hello, for your prospect research, could you share your template used to present to Department Directors about the potential donor?

I really just generally output an Excel file, with name, ID, constituency, city, state, lifetime giving, last gift date, largest gift in three years, average gift in five years, wealth screening capacity, RFM score, and persona category. Then I include a Notes column for why I think this person may make a good prospect. We tend to review donors in groups at a time, so excel keeps things streamlined for us.

I suppose you could merge all of this into a report, through Crystal Reports, or else through an Export-linked Word merge from a donor's “Letters” menu. This might be nicer, with a cleaner visual, if you are only doing 2-3 donors at a time.
