API Integration with Enterprise Reporting Software Limited Results

Hello,

I've recently connected our business reporting system to the SKY API using a built in REST connector. I ran some tests, and it seems like our results are being limited to a specific set of data (by the looks of it, maybe 100ish records) and nothing more, and it seems like it's just names beginning with A. I am currently querying the RENXT constituents endpoint.

For instance: if I pass a records request for a user with the last name of Aaron, the request is handled just fine. But if I pass Smith, I get no values returned. Even if our instance has 15 Smiths in RE.

Any thoughts or ideas? Has anyone else seen this? And if so how did you solve that?
