Has anyone setup a virtual school or multiple campuses in addition to their current on campus school?

We have three divisions: Lower, Middle and Upper School with grades PreK-3 through 12. We added a virtual division for grades 1-12. Was that the best way to do it? We noticed we now have two sets of each grade and the directory and reports do not differentiate between whether students are on campus or virtual. Do you have two schools or campuses? If so, how are they setup in Blackbaud?

Sondra - have you set up a specific enrollment type for your online students? I believe that you should be able to add students with differing enrollment types to the same courses (if you have students taking the same course both on campus and virtually) but I'm not entirely certain if/how you would differentiate those students in directories.

We have one application and added the new division, virtual, to it. We then decided to change the grades for the virtual academy to something other than 1, 2, 3, etc. We are considering VA-1, VA2, etc.
