2 stage application process

I have a programme where we are using the 2-stage application process for the first time. We had some declinations at Expression of Interest Stage 1, which worked fine. The rest of the applications then went through to Stage 2. Now, however, I need to decline a number of these Stage 2s as they weren't successful, but BBGM says I can't decline Stage 2 applications? Surely this cannot be correct? Any help gratefully received.

    Hi there

    We have this same problem at the moment - once you generate a stage 2 form to the applicant, you then arent able to decline it if they havent submitted. (you should be able to decline it if they have submitted their stage 2 though…)

    We have to log this in the UK with our support partner, and they decline it directly on the server for us.
