Unable to add a gift in the batch module in NXT. Is it available?

    There is a way to set up a batch in NXT. Are you familiar with database view? I ask only because the batch itself looks and works quite differently between database view and webview.

    Blackbaud has very good customer success sessions on a variety of topics, which I think might be helpful. You can register in advance and watch them live, or watch previously recorded sessions, all of which can be found on this page. There is one specifically on database view vs. webview batches, if you click in the NXT library and then scroll down to Gift Processing in the on-demand library.
