We do not currently have a good database of Alumni. We'd like to create a form so that we can start collecting this information so that we can contact our alumni via Pushpage (thinking a quarterly newsletter). Do any other schools have a system that works well for you? We are thinking a Google form then uploading the info into EMS.

    I would only advise against collecting personal information via Google Forms because we have experienced some security issues with Google Drive and the sharing features. Does your school use Microsoft 365? I think Microsoft Forms are pretty comparable to Google, and the management options at the admin level are much better.
