Does Your Org Use IE 11 on Workstations that Print Tickets and Receipts? PLEASE READ!

Microsoft® has set an end of support (EOS) date for Internet Explorer (IE) 11. On 10/1/2021, you will no longer be able to log into Blackbaud Altru via IE 11. If you have been using this browser, you should update all workstations and bookmarks to Blackbaud Altru to a compatible browser to ensure you can still log in and use Blackbaud Altru successfully – please find the current list of supported browsers here. In addition, if you are using IE 11 to print receipts and tickets, you will need to configure Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge prior to 10/1/2021 to ensure you can continue printing without interruption. Blackbaud follows Microsoft's lead when it comes to supporting their browsers and operating systems. As Microsoft® retires products, Blackbaud’s support will change for their currently supported products.
