Revenue versus Revenue Application Queries

Does anyone have a good understanding of how Application/Application Type/Transaction Type work together in Altru queries and exports? Does anyone know the parameters that they use for the canned revenue reports? How do you query on refunds to capture any and all front and back office refunds?

If you have a solid understanding of this stuff and you are willing to give me an hour or even half an hour of your time, I would appreciate it.

    Hi @Yvette Yescas! That is definitely tricky. But I'm happy to get on a zoom with you. We can share a screen and get into it!

    I don't have it all down, but I have a decent enough grasp of Application, Application Type, and Transaction Type. I will share that I don't use the canned reports as much as I use Query and Export. And I will also say that my focus is primarily on the fundraising side. I don't do as much with ticketing or membership. Just figure I would give a heads up there (not sure what your focus is or what your specific needs are).
