Accessing 100 records at a time for mass mailings and bulk requirements

In Skyview I am not able to limit the number of records I am accessing to 10, 20, 30, 50, 100. When I send mass emails, post bulk requirements, etc. I must click each record individually. With 225 grants, this is very time-consuming. I always fear that one little box did not get checked. When will this important feature be added?
