Reviewer Portal Password
How can I change passwords for Board Members? When they reset their passwords, their account becomes locked and they are told to contact “Reviewer Connect Lead” but are not provided any additional information.

I have an issue with this as well. We have reviewers that forget their password and become locked out of the system. We are at Blackbaud's mercy to reset the password. Very frustrating!
