Revising Display Fields (Requirements & Applications) - Grantee Portal

Hi All -

I was wondering if there's a way to revise what fields are displayed for Applications and Requirements e.g. Application Name / Project Title / Requested / ID / Last Updated / Action. The ID # is confusing to our grantees as we use the Reference ID # e.g. 960001 for all our tracking and communications with grantees after an application has been submitted. What's pulling in the ID field is a separate identifier that they have no relation to.

I have a feeling these display fields are static but thought I'd ask. I am not seeing any options in the Account Designer.
