Merged Correspondence (Letters) Not Saving in SKY
Is anyone else having problems with merged correspondence (letters) not saving the merged version in SKY? I did submit a case over a month ago which is still open and thought I'd put it out here and ask what people are doing as a workaround if anyone is encountering the same issue.
