Hi Everyone,

Are there any Elementary Schools out there that have successfully used the BB Scheduling Feature? I would love to get in touch and get some pointers on this. We currently do NOT use it, this is manually done - 6 day rotation. 430 students with roughly 50 teachers. If you have use the Scheduling feature and it works can you please let me know? Thank you!!

    Hi Marisa,

    It all really depends on how your schedule and classes rotate. Are all classes rotating on the same schedule every day? I have used both the block and random scheduling in the past and it's pretty much impossible to use the automated scheduler if you have classes starting and ending at different times. Elementary school students are unlikely to be requesting courses, but the course request feature can be used by your scheduling admin to make sure each student is getting the classes they need.

    @Jess Moxsky I am very interested to know how you are doing elementary scheduling. We are a fairly small school and our students stay with their homeroom teacher for most of the day except for specials, library, etc. The subjects change, and each class does their schedule a bit differently. I have no idea how to set things up so that a schedule will appear for each student in their profile AND admins can use the “find me” feature.
