SLOW SLOW SLOW merging letters and pulling gift summaries
Why is the system so slow running letters or pulling simple gift summaries since moving to Web View? THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM.

We experienced major issues. Opened a case with support and it took 6 months but they have finally resolved the issue for us.
I would contact support. They will have a number of questions and steps you'll need to do to document if the issue is 'yours' or 'theirs.' ?3
