Grandparent address from application not loading into their account

Has anyone else experienced this? We allow families to include grandparent information on our application but their information, like their address, does not populate on their contact card when we process the application. Instead, it uses the parent's address. So we have to go in and manually change all grandparents addresses. Are we doing something wrong on the processing side of things? Should we click, do not create account?

  • It sounds like you are using the wrong field(s) in the Application set up. We have grandparents in our application and they create a separate record.

  • Thank you Kathy…it generated in the family section under the Household block when we were setting up the apps. Not sure why it is mapping so strange.

  • Actually, I typed that wrong. We have the Grandparent block pulled in to a section we title “Family”. Still the same issue with their address staying in the app but not populating in their contact card. For some reason it is pulling in the parents address. :(
