Trial Balance missing Account Descriptions

Has anyone else experienced a change in the Trial Balance reporting?

If we mask any items (i.e. Fund, Location, Division) in the report perimeters then we lose the Account Description when the report is run. The odd thing is that the same report run in the DB view supplies the Account Descriptions but we all know what a nightmare the exported Excel files are via the DB (spacing & column issues).

This change occurred a few months ago when all the changes were made to the Reporting Module. Is there a fix for this?

We have the same issue and haven't been able to resolve it. But I'm also interested to see if anyone else was able to fix it.

@Kathleen Pasquale - did you ever find a fix for this? It's been over 8 months and no response from Blackbaud and I'm still having the same problem!
