As of late, I am getting quite a bit of feedback from various teachers at different schools who are not able to “submit” their completed recommendation forms. But if I asked them to forward the link to me after they have completed the form. Once I click on the form I am able to see the issue, resolve it and submit the completed form. Is this because of added security that BB has implemented? Would like some guidance on how to resolve this issue?

    It may depend on their browser if they are able to see the necessary CAPTCHA to submit the form. We have noticed this with our applicant families applying from outside the US (specifically China) but have not encountered the issue with recommendation forms.

    Hi Pamela, we haven't added any new security measures to the recommendation forms. If you haven't already, can you contact support so we can dig into this to see what might be happening?

    We have been facing the same issue. When the teacher/administrator tries to submit the recommendation form they get an error message saying to address the areas highlighted in red prior to submitting. When they go back to the form there are NO highlighted fields.

    I spoke with support and they recommended creating a new rec. form versus copying an old template. This is not an ideal fix for us (and one we're not even sure will work). Our rec. forms are very in-depth and it will take too much time to recreate one from scratch.

    We are also facing the same issues from administrators and teachers, along with parents being unable to submit/send the forms to the evaluators. I have opened a support ticket and they are looking into this now for roughly 10 days now. But like many of you, these forms are crucial to the process, and having a solution asap is much appreciated.

    Is there no update on this issue? Since 2021? It's happening for principals at a few schools. Exact same problem, with error message "Please review the fields marked in red on your form. Updates are necessary in order to submit."
