OLX bulk processing issues

anyone else experiencing the issue of :When processes the OLX transaction, when selecting the option to NOT update new addresses or phone number, name ,etc. but it still updates the information regardless?

Hi @Glenn Preston - There is another step you need to complete once you initiate bulk processing. When the pop-up window appears, go to the second tab “Options”. Under the section “Transaction Profile Data” at the bottom of the page, choose to “Reject Profile Information”. This will keep the choices you made during review and prevent the information from automatically updating records.

Austen, thanks, yes that was done too… BB support watched us process some items yesterday and appears it might be a new OLX bug?

Yes, it is working the way it is designed, but it should not be that way. It should accept the changes you make during constituent linking, and reject the remaining incoming info.
