WebInvoicing & WebPurchasing

Hey…we are looking to implement WebInvoicing and WebPurchasing. My boss has asked me to reach out to see if there is anyone on here who successfully uses it that would be willing to chat with us? Thanks!!

  • We have been using Web Purchasing for a few years, but we did not implement web invoicing. We have been thinking about doing the expense management which is the web platform version of web invoicing. I'd be happy to visit with you about how we are using web purchasing.

  • @Karen Edwards. Karen, hi, I was hoping that I could get some information from you that I have not seen elsewhere. We are a non-profit HS trying to implement WebPurchasing to get away from paper requests. We have tried to set up WebPurchasing but keep having an issue with setting up the rules. When we ask BB about assisting with the set up, we are told that we need to purchase more training time. Not sure if WebPurchasing will be a fit, so we are looking to test this out on one department. Do you have any instructions or insight that you could share?

    We use Webpurchasing. If you click on the help in Webpurchasing you may find answers that you are looking for. The rules are the rules set up in database view. Do you have specifics on the problem you are running into?
