Issue with Athletic Awards and "Awards - By Student" Report

My colleague adds awards for our athletes based on their sport and season. In past years, when we would generate the "Awards - By Student " report, the sport the student participated in would display under their name, followed by the term and award columns. If the student participated in two sports, two rows would show under their name. Now, when we generate the same report, no sport shows under the student's name. The only information displayed is the term and the award (bar, pin, etc.). I've had a support ticket open with BB since Nov. 9th. Does anyone issue athletic awards and use this report? Any ideas?

I think it has to do with the way the awards are entered. You used to be able to enter enter awards in “Manage Awards” by pulling up a list of all the students in that sport, and I don't believe you can do that anymore. I just noticed this change last month, but I'm not sure if it changed this year or last year because we didn't give out any athletic awards last year.

Below is one student who has gotten several athletic awards over the years, but you can only see her sport on the left when I entered her award by pulling up the team in Manage Awards and selecting members of the roster for the award. If I went directly to her record to enter the award, the team doesn't show.

We've always named our awards by sport, as you can see above. I think we set it up that way because back when we used Education Edge, the sport wasn't listed. You may have to go that route.
