Using Blackbaud RE Power BI connector for two RE NXT databases

I am working on a Power BI application that will pull together the data from two RE NXT databases - which are currently on BB subscriptions for 2 different organizations. I have administration rights for both databases but only one corporate Microsoft account for myself (which I use to enter Power BI). In the setup instructions for the BB Sky application, they say that one application can be connected and used in several RE environments. I was able to connect my application to 2 environments but the Power BI connector still gives me access to the database I connected to initially. What am I missing? Should I re-install the connector? I would greatly appreciate any advice on this.
