Aren't receiving email notifications thru Event forms, but are thru Donation forms

Hi, We have been using donation forms for a long time and receive copies of the email thank yous to our orgs donations@ address. We have the same address in the events form thank you, but are not receiving these. Has anyone else come across this? How did you fix it?

Morning, Jill. If I'm understanding correctly, you're not receiving notifications from an event form when someone donates through it? I actually had this happen just last month. I really do not know what the reason was, because I have the same email address listed in both our donation and event form. All I did was open the form in OLX, review each of the tabs, make sure the email addresses listed on the Thank You tab were correct and re-saved it. I do not remember if we had the addresses separated originally with a comma but they're now separated by a semicolon so maybe that was it.

Hopefully that helps. I have only encountered this one time so far so am unaware of another explanation. If I find anything, though, I'll circle back and mention it here. Good luck!

I was just thinking and realized you didn't mention OLX so I went back and checked the events forms a co-worker uses through NXT. She has always received email notifications. I didn't see any real differences but NXT did specify separating email addresses with a comma. I just added mine to the most recent event form so we'll see how things go.
