Ability to recommend course across schools

On February 6, 2016, the enhancement of teachers being able to add course recommendations across schools was added to the idea bank. Six years later, the ability for teachers to execute this fundamental task is still unavailable. Our 5th grade teachers cannot recommend courses for their students nor can our 8th grade teachers. If this “enhancement” (which I actually consider a basic functionality) is something that would benefit your institution, please vote for the idea:
