Physical Attachments

I am trying to include a PHysical attachment (not a link) - not sure what the format for the File Name needs to be and what the File ID and Thumbnail ID are - if someone has one created, perhaps you could share a screenshot of that Action?

@Reuben Schmitz - I'm trying do this and getting confused in the documentation provided by Aidan as I'm trying to upload a word file, not an image. Any chance you've figured this out?
