'soft credit', auto add or copy an action to a spouse

We've just had a prospect meeting with a set of parents and wish to add the meeting notes as an action to the constituents.

Is there a quick way to automatically add the action or note to the spouse?

Hi Russell - When adding an action through Web View there is an option to “copy” the action to another record. See the screenshot below for more information.
