Using Forms to notify the school of a teacher's absence

Do any of you use forms to have teaches notify the school if they need to be absent? We are currently using Google Forms but are thinking about having the notification go through Blackbaud.

    We power this through Microsoft Forms and Power Automate to notify the correct folks of upcoming teacher absences. We also plan to implement Visitu for the upcoming school year which will allow us to track teacher absences in a central location. Visitu does have the ability to write attendance back to BBK12 for students, but I think for teachers it will be enough for us to have that information either in the form responses or in Visitu eventually.
