Power Automate Flow Error Code 25022
After completing the tutorial, “you'll create an acknowledgement letter using a SKY Add-in button you'll add to your Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT gift records and a simple letter flow with Microsoft Power Automate”, I receive a 25022 error code when testing my flow. The error message says “The provided acknowledgement letter is invalid.” I cannot find any part of the tutorial indicating an acknowledgement letter code is required. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

@Mark Bailey can you send a screenshot of that step in the flow where you are populating your word merge?

Ah, I know what the problem is here as I had the same issue, this field I have highlighted in the image needs to be an existing letter code in Raisers Edge, I have added a variable further up in my flow that sets LetterCode to an existing letter code in RE
