Transfer schools not enrolling correctly

Has anyone noticed when enrolling a new student, the transfer schools are not enrolling correctly? I have them correctly listed in EM, but when I enroll them, the dates are incorrect and if I don't catch it in time, a previous year wont show up on the Core side.

Following! @Coco Parham You're way ahead of me… the sending schools are not showing in most of our lists despite the fact that they are collected in our application and pulled into the candidate records.

This is my first year using enrollment management. Does that happen when you progress the year or should it happen when they enroll as an incoming student?

I did start a ticket on April 22nd. It says it is internal pending.

It is happening when I enroll the incoming student.

Support cannot replicate the problem, unfortunately. I will check each student to be sure their transfer schools carry over from EM to Core.
