Implementation Documentation and/or Communications Plans

Hi Everyone,

We are new to the Blackbaud SIS/LMS Education platform and were wondering if anyone out there would like to use this space to share some of their implementation documents and/or communication plans to different portions of the community/school organization as the project moved along. I am a big proponent in not recreating the wheel, and I hope others feel the same way. This topic might become a great resource for other new-to-Blackbaud schools, as well as a great resource for existing schools to see how other people are approaching their implementations. Please share here, or let us know how to contact you directly. We are only going to be using any materials provided in-house for our project, so it's still your IP. Hello! This has been a discussion in this community for a while. I too would love to see samples of this information. Even our Blackbaud reps say they don't have access to anything like this and to ask other schools. ?

As someone also at a school who is new to Blackbaud, I also would love to see samples or hear about other's experiences with the migration/roll out process. We are looking to go live this summer. Good luck to you Edward and all other newbies out there!
