PA Flow for Pledge Reminders

I've been tasked with creating a flow for pledge reminders. If a constituent has more than 1 pledge payment due in any given month, we want all the pledge payments for that constituent on 1 pledge reminder. I'm just starting to put this into a flow and thought I would put it out to this universe to get any thoughts or suggestions on how to build it? All tips welcome. Thank you. ?

Hi @Edward Hohlbein - @Alex Wong has a flow in the template showcase for sending Pledge Reminders via email. That may be a good place to start.

@Alex Wong is there a new link to your flow that Austen linked to back in Apr. 2022? It's currently giving me a permissions error. I used to have that bookmarked ("Sharing my Power Automate Flow: eInvoice"), so I'm wondering if you deleted the post? I'm finally getting started on emailed pledge reminders and would love to use your template as a starting point if possible.

@Alex Wong - we discussed this template in November & you noted a new process exists. As per that conversation, we archived the community post & I have a ticket in to remove from the template showcase.

If you'd like to update the flow & post, happy to bring it out of the archive.

In Q4-25 I reviewed all showcase templates and templates in the community not in the showcase. I contacted authors to see if they were interested in updating older templates that used depreciated connectors. And I informed template owners that we'd remove templates that duplicated newer native product functionality. I'll be posting a blog when the changes are completed as we have some new things coming for templates!

I created a new template for eInvoice using Adaptive Card.
