Starting New Online School

We are starting to offer online courses in our high school. These courses are available to our own students, but we are also offering them ala carte to students that are at other high schools. What have you all done to manage the admissions process of these ala carte students? And then how do you categorize them and manage them in Core/Academics so that they can be transcripted? The LMS that we are using for the online courses is NOT Blackbaud. We just need to be able to admit, record grades and transcript these students, as well as have a count of them as online students, but not count as official on-ground students.
