Simple iFrame App

Hi all,

I am looking to create a simple Sky App to be displayed in a flyout panel in RE NXT. I only need it to show up on a Constituent record. I have created basic apps before, so I understand how to set this up.

Briefly, the app needs to get an attribute from the constituent record and use that value as a key to load a specific record from an external system, displayed as an iframe in the flyout. Rather than re-invent the wheel for something simple (attribute + iframe), I'm wondering if anyone knows of basic app repository (on github or otherwise) that I could use as a basis for this.
