NXT Banner missing

We are having the same issue. Trying to contact Blackbaud via chat, not getting through.

I am not getting through either. I don't have the icon to access Financial Edge Database view.

We can't get in either.
I have been on hold for support on the phone and their chat app does not connect.
The status page now says a RE NXT issue but not FE.
It drives me crazy that the status page is not updated.0 -
I'm having the same issue. When I go to log in, I only get my user Admin page and Marketplace, not NXT. When I navigate to NXT links I have cached, the menu bar is gone and I can't navigate the app.

Same here!!!! Terrible to have this before a holiday weekend!!! Trying to get things done - and can't even connect with support.
The Status page reads operational !!!!!

Same here. Anyone else experiencing blank pages loading or extremely slow load times the past week or so? I wonder if it is all related.

I just got off chat. They do not have an ETA, but the agent believes it will be back up by noon eastern.

My banner is also missing at the top and I have restarted my computer several times as well. Financial Edge banner is still not at the top of the page and nothing is working.

Hi All,
This Tuesday after Memorial Day (US), my heart is with our members who lost loved ones while serving.
Now to business, this post grabbed my attention last Friday. The hosting status page shows all products as operational. If you are still experiencing this issue and haven't started a support case, please do. (Community main navigation - Click on Help > Customer Support)
If anyone on this thread has insight and wants to share, please do!

It's happening again right now, at least to me.

My banner just blinks continuously. Occasionally I can click on the help icon and it will stop long enough for me to make a menu selection.

My NXT is working so I can't test this but has anyone tried a different browser? Sometimes I find that works with web-based software.

Hello FENXT community. We are having intermittent issues with Banner's disappearing. It is random and virtually untrackable. I wanted to ask all of you a couple of questions in an effort to help BB find a solution, and to find some commonality.
- Are you hosted?
- If yes, are you hosted in the Boston Data center?
- What, if any, solutions has BlackBaud offered?
- Have you found a solution that works for you regarding the toolbar options disappearing?
- Are you having any other consistent yet random problems?

Hi Jennifer, We have had this issue happen intermittently, but right now things are looking fine. In response to your questions:
- Yes, we are hosted
- Yes, we are hosted in the Boston datacentre
- n/a - I have gone to the BB Status Page first and saw there was an issue; then it resolved fairly quickly, so didn't contact support
- Solution in the moment was to go to RENXT (if banners missing from FENXT) or FENXT (if banners missing from RENXT) and go to the database view from the other application

Update: My issue is that when the menu bar is displaying, the screen blinks continuously with the green swirly dot (which also blinks). I have isolated this to my home computer. I am transitioning to work at home and purchased a new Dell XPS desktop that came installed with Windows 11. I am using Windows 10 here at the school and the same latest version of Chrome at both locations with Blackbaud Multi Factor Authentication. I have no issue with the Windows 10 computer. I am assuming this may be an issue with Windows 11 but must use this version on this computer. I have discovered that when this happens if I continually left click anywhere on the screen that it will eventually stop and allow me to make a menu selection. Works fine in the menu item selected until I again return to the menu bar.
