Server Errors, Altru tickets crashing
All of our online sales pages (tickets, membership, donations) have been down for the past two days – and of course Altru doesn't have any customer support on weekends so there's no way to let anyone know ?
Has anyone else been experiencing this with increased frequency as of late? It seems like our solution is down for an extended period of time at least once a week. It's a bad look for us – we do a lot of online ticket sales, and visitors assume it's our website that's broken.
