Journal entry batch creator not working

Has the Journal entry batch creator been recently updated? I last used it on June 1st and today it will not upload, I have tried rebooting, using different browsers etc.

    Same here, but it just started today for me - I last posted with it on Tuesday. I can log in and it generates the New Journal Entry sheet, but then just hangs indefinitely when I click “Submit”.

    Same issue here, it just spins and spins but doesn't upload the JE into Blackbaud.

    A few of us where I work are having the same issue. We opened a case and are waiting to hear back from them.

    We are also having the same issue. Support said they are currently investigating and gave us the following work around.

    Similar issue, but able to make one batch JE posting after initial authentication(6/20/22); then tried to make second JE posting but the JE batch creator circled back to authentication pop-up window and does not go forward.

    I had issues as well the other week but I have not used it since. It did end up importing the entries once I went into FE Database View. Will be getting ready to use the batch creator again so I hope it is working.
