Hello!

Our school signed a contract with Visitu last September, and we are hoping to implement it for this upcoming school year in the fall. We have had many issues with the implementation so far and have had an incredibly tough time getting any kind of resolution from their support team. Tons of features we were relying on do not seem to work as expected, and other features we were told already existed are nowhere to be found. If you're an existing Visitu customer, I would love to chat and possibly pick your brain regarding your implementation process. Thank you, and hope everyone is having a great summer so far :)

    @Jess Moxley Hi! I know this is old, but we used Visitu in the pass (with issues as you mentioned) and this year are switching to Blackbaud with the outdated Education Edge (also under BB) ending soon.

    We're trying to use it for COVID screening, check-ins, kiosk at the front/able to print visitor badges for visitors.

    I see that Blackbaud has integration with Visitu but haven't explored it much as in the past we have just manually updated Visitu (I presume this

    Could I ask what have you used it for? How has Visitu been?

    We are also in discussion for our plans for Visitu, if we still want to use it/what to use it for etc.
