dashboard column SP Last Year pulling gifts beyond date range

We built a dashboard report to pull Gifts Received This Year and SP Last Year. We are pulling Appeal Category and pulling by Gift Date (Fiscal Year).

The column for Gifts Received this year is fine. The column for Gifts Received SP Last Year is pulling gifts from current all the way back in time (2021 - 2003).

I checked all of the date ranges including the page filter and I cannot figure out why SP Last Year is pulling for so many years.

Any ideas?
