Help with creating a Diploma Viewer role

We're making good progress with setting up Diplomas. I have made a clone of the Diploma Manager role and tried to create a Diploma Viewer role. I would like to give access to a number of administrative folks, but don't want to give them access to edit. Has anyone figured out the tasks which need to be enabled for this?
