Printing A/P checks from FE NXT webview

Anyone having issues printing A/P checks from FE NXT webview? We printed checks yesterday without issue but are now getting an index error when we select “print checks”. Tried rebooting, clearing browser, changing browsers and different workstations and still not working. chatting with BB support now…

  • @Crystal Bruce Hi Crystal, the only solution I was given last week was to print checks using database view, but when we do that the MICR line doesn't print in the correct format. I'm chatting with BB again now and they tell me that engineers are working on the webview printing and how to release a fix the end of next week, but our vendors won't be happy if they have to wait for payment because of this issue. Thankfully EFTs are still working.

    Hi Roxana, Yes we're still having the problem. I've given BB permission to copy the database and given them the HAR content file. Very annoying that it's taking that long.

    I seem to have alignment issues about half the time when I print with Web view, but I don't get an error message. My coworker always prints with Database view, and generally it is correct.

    I know that we can't print directly from web view, we have to export to PDF to print. Seems odd to me but has been that way for quite a while.

    I am able to print directly from web view when using Firefox as my browser. Google Chrome is my default browser, but I always login to Blackbaud through Firefox because of the printing feature.

  • @Debbie Thacker I don't know if you've tried this already. I was having the same issue. I was able to adjust the alignment and print from Microsoft Edge. The formatting/font was too big and would not adjust in Chrome.
