Action List Report

We just started using “Action List” for reporting in NXT, and I noticed that there are no custom fields (ACTION ATTRIBUTES) built into this list. Is anyone else having this problem, and if so, would you mind sharing your solution with me? I need to somehow create an Action report in NXT that generates the Action Custom Fields, along with the actions and notes. Thank you

@Adrienne Smart - Attributes/Custom Fields are an interesting one in Web View - some times they are accessible and sometimes they are not. Custom fields not appear to be an option within Action Lists, for additional columns to include.

The native Action Report (found under Fundraising > Reporting > Blue Plus Icon > Actions) also does not list custom fields but could be used as a standard report. Unfortunately, Insight Designer/Report Builder also does not support custom fields currently.

It is likely that you will need to pull this report out of Database View. When you have a moment, make sure to check out the RE NXT Idea Bank and check that an idea exists for custom fields + action lists; if not, please add an idea and include a link to it here. Developers pay attention to Idea Banks and use the ideas to improve the RE NXT platform.

@Adrienne Smart I'm looking for the same thing! Gift Officers don't want to go to database view and we don't want them to either.
