Evacuation Groups in Blackbaud

Hi there. We have advisories built in Blackbaud, and in case of emergency, we combine those advisories into evacuation groups, which consist of 2 advisories smushed together. The emergency system we use (Ruvna) pulls in information from Blackbaud, so I'm trying to figure out a way to create a relationship between those two advisory groups within Blackbaud, so they show up as one group in our emergency system. Has anyone else navigated something similar to this?

    @Claudia Mihm I don't know if this will help…our homeroom time in MS is two advisories together in one room. I create 2 different advisory types - MS Advisory and MS Homeroom. MS Advisory consists of the single groups and shows on the student schedules. Pairs of advisories make up a homeroom which is where attendance of record is recorded. Could you create the homeroom advisories and use those to pull to Ruvna? You can keep those groups from showing to anyone through the Group Page Access so they are basically hidden.
