Adding data to AR invoices

We would like to add a list of items worked on to our AR invoices. This is a list of grants worked on so would be different each month. It would be to big to add the the memo space on the bottom. Is there any way to make a list on an invoice?

You could use the Note tab on the AR invoice, to add data. Whether one note or several smaller ones. Ends up being a text field, but let's you document information that isn't recorded by the standard data fields.

@Susan Dearborn I utilize comments a lot. I actually have learned a few tricks to getting the spacing right so things will look formal at least when I send invoices out. Not sure how large the data is for you but its what has helped for me.
