Edpuzzle is not splitting into class sections for a teacher

Hi, all,

One of our teachers is assigned to two sections of a regular-level course and to two sections of an AP course. He is experiencing an issue where the regular-level course is appearing as two separate sections in Edpuzzle, which is preferred behavior, but the AP course with two sections is appearing as one section. Edpuzzle claims their product doesn't recognize class sections, but the product was able to do so with the regular-level ones. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there an explanation or a solution?
