Payments received from parents

Hello Friends,

We have just moved to Billing Mgt and as we are seeing the payments receiving via billing mgt portal (parents make direct payments via billing mgt), but can't locate the payment in our bank yet.

Any idea how it's been done?

Do we need to setup new payment platform with them to deposit the payment comes from parents?

Please help. ?

    Hi there! Blackbaud Merchant Services will disburse the funds to your bank account. Within Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal, you can view the Disbursement report to get details about the disbursement to your bank. Here's a link to our Knowledgebase with more information about the BBMS disbursement schedule:
