Photos Rotated

Hello. I have had many interchanges with support for the last month, but they have still not been able to solve our issue. Whenever a teacher uploads photos from their iPhone to their class bulletin board they are always rotated sideways. The preview is not sideways and the image on their phone or computer is also not sideways. But, when saved the images are sideways. So far the engineers have not offered any permanent fixes, but only say we can edit each picture in the upload screen (after saving) and then save. Teachers do not have time to do that with each photo in each album they upload. This is getting really bad for us as our early childhood teachers generally post many photos as their daily updates to families. Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix? As a footnote the images do not do this at all if they are taken in portrait mode so there is obviously something in the metadata causing this, but it has never been a problem before.

@Melika Panneri We also have this problem, although it mostly shows up when importing images for our newsletter in Pushpage. It's extremely frustrating.

Our teachers are having the same problem. Someone added this to the Ideas Portal recently:

However, this is not a new problem and was resolved for a period of time. Support has said that nothing has changed recently but there is some evidence to contradict that.
