Nurse's Office - Counseling

I am curious to know of any school's health counseling team is using Nurse's Office as a place for counseling notes.

@Lisa Oslowski our school keeps medical information confidential - HIPPA restrictions. We don't allow anyone access to Nurse's Office except the Nurses and Human Resource Director (back up if one of the nurses is out). We do Official Notes for Advisor/Counseling notes.

Thanks for the reply. Our counseling team sees students and needs a place to note that they saw a student and perhaps what the issue was/is. They all have access to Nurse's Office as part of the Health Team.

@Lisa Oslowski We struggle with where Counselors should put notes to retain confidentiality. There is a sense that official notes is not secure enough. We would love to see a NOTES TAB like the previous version which is only accessible by certain people in Academics. Any suggestions on used options for Counselor notes could be helpful
