While trying to make the connection, when I load the custom data connector location, my screen does not offer the Blackbaud as a connector option. What am I missing?

@Matt Thacker NVM..had to give access to all folders…not just the connector folder.

@Heather McLean - I think so. Seems like an area where there's not a lot of resources available to end users.

@Heather McLean I agree with Matt's comments on the Refresh topic. May be helpful to some of the teams like mine who are still working through the transition to PowerBI.

I would be open to sharing some projects in the near future. Maybe the November/December meeting. Our team is still reviewing and deciding on how a lot of the reports present. Can I keep you posted?
