Blackbaud two factor authentication - Google Authenticator App

I have set up a google authenticator app for two factor authentication to access blackbaud API using web. Because of that my teammates have to depend on me to get the secret code for login. Is there a way to setup google authenticator in multiple devices so that no one needs to be depend on others to login?

    Everyone should have their own account, best case.

    Otherwise, you can use a TOTP code and have it in a shared password management database/app.

    ETA: The TOTP doesn't HAVE to be in a shared app (I just recommend using a secure centralized password manager). You can technically all have your own authenticator app on your separate devices and have it provide you a TOTP code. Any authenticator app should support this (Microsoft, Google, etc.).
