Patch 48 readme/release notes?

Here we go again! Patch 48 being installed on hosted site, but I can't find details on what it includes. There are a few threads on current problems, that have response that say “fixed in patch 48”, but no list. If anyone has local install, perhaps you have access to this and can share? It's frustrating that Blackbaud does not make this easily available.
