Showing Incomplete Grades on Report Cards/Transcripts?

Is this possible? Back in EE we were able to populate INC or NO PASS grades (I assume no pass would show up on transcripts) but saw earlier discussions about trying to get Incomplete courses to appear on the transcript.

Similarly for report cards, teachers checked the Inc box when running Grade Calculations but the course doesn't appear on the report card at all. Do I need to create a grade translation (and can you even apply it to one/specific students) or would I be able to input it directly to print on report cards? (and Transcripts for that matter but might be a more extensive workaround from what I think)

@Nathan OngDid you check the box on the Report Card/Transcript setup that says Include incomplete Grades under Grades to include?
